When you login to your account, you will be able
to choose which report components for each applicant
you screen. We don't force you to choose the same
report for every tenant. We understand that while
you may only need a credit report to screen one applicant,
you may need a full Tenant Screening "packaged
report" for the next applicant.

tool for property managers and landlords. It provides
an automated means to quickly and efficiently analyze
the credit, criminal, and eviction history of applicants
and then generate a "pass", "fail",
or "conditional" recommendation based on

We have no monthly minimums or yearly membership
fees.
If you need credit report information on your
report, you have two options when setting up your
account.
Option A - If you need to see the full credit
report, Experian requires that a physical inspection
of your office or home office is conducted prior to
allowing you access to the credit report. The inspection
is a way for Experian to verify that your request
to access credit is legitimate. Recent problems with
identity theft and the post 9/11 security issues have
made this necessary. The inspection is normally conducted
by a realtor who comes to your office and fills out
a questionaire and takes pictures of your office space.
They are looking to make sure you have a secure working
environment - secure computers, shedders, locks on
desks and file cabinets, etc. The inspection process
takes about 48 hours to complete from start to finish.
The fee for this inspection is $75 and is paid at
the time of inspection.
Option B - This option is for those companies
and individual landlords that don't need to actually
see the credit report, but would still like to get
a feel for the applicant's overall credit. This
option does not require a physical inspection.
Instead of including the credit report with your report,
we show you a letter grade that is representative
of your applicant's score range. For example:
